Lawrence Hirsch of Hirsch & Company has announced the sale of the industrial condominium located at 6 Columbia Drive, Amherst to LASQ, LLC for $1.213 million. Hirsch represented LASQ; Prolman Realty, Inc. represented the seller, Columbia US, LLC. The space will become the headquarters for Kinex Cappers which will be relocating their operations from their current space at 13 Columbia Drive. Hirsch is representing Kinex Cappers and the Landlord in the re-lease of the 7,800 square feet that Kinex is vacating.
