Hirsch & Company, Inc. has represented Law Warehouse Co., Inc. in the long term lease of 131,822 square feet of space at 30 Airport Road, Nashua to DevTech PET, Inc. of Amherst. DevTech was represented by Joseph Tupper of Keller Williams Metropolitan.

The lease of the building allowed DevTech to consolidate its warehouse functions into one facility. The building was previously used by Law Logistics. Law has consolidated its operations into its new facility in Merrimack.

Over the past four years, Hirsch has represented Law in the re-positioning and leasing of over 500,000 square feet of industrial/commercial space in over thirteen separate transactions.

Hirsch leased 2,057 sf at the Auburn Plaza on Routes 12 & 120 in Auburn, MA to Custom Built, Inc. out of Warwick, RI. The space will be used as a showroom. Hirsch represented Cameron Real Estate, Inc., the owner, and assisted Custom Built, Inc.
